We've created a New Year's celebration centered around relaxation, exceptional dining, laughter, and a touch of sparkle. Start the celebration with a visit to our spa, where you can unwind in warm pools and enjoy the crisp winter air from our outdoor hot tub overlooking Hakefjorden.
The evening has been carefully planned down to the smallest detail. Our head chef has created an exceptional New Year's dinner inspired by the flavors of Sweden's West Coast, while our sommelier, Oskar Högström, has selected a wine pairing to complement each course.
After dinner, the celebration continues with a high-energy performance by Funky Divas. As midnight approaches, join us on Kookaburra's dock for a glass of sparkling wine while watching the fireworks over the sea. Then dance your way into the new year with our DJ and nightclub until the early hours.
