Join us for a unique yoga experience by the sea as Namaste by Emilia visits Stenungsbaden Yacht Club for the Silent Yoga Summer Tour.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. Led by Emilia, named Yoga Teacher of the Year 2019, this 75-minute outdoor session combines movement, mindfulness, and the calming sounds of nature.
Using wireless headphones, you'll be fully immersed in the Silent Yoga experience, allowing you to focus on your breath, your movement, and the peaceful surroundings without distractions.
