Free Yoga Event

Celebrated around the world, International Yoga Day is dedicated to health, balance, and well-being. For the fourth consecutive year, we're transforming the jetty at Stenungsbaden Yacht Club into a unique outdoor yoga venue overlooking the sea.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or have years of experience, you're warmly welcome. Led by our Hatha Yoga instructor Priscilla Lêite, together with guest instructor Nicola "Nica" Machalova, this special session invites you to reconnect with both body and mind in beautiful waterfront surroundings.

Meet Your Instructor: Priscilla Lêite

Priscilla is an experienced Hatha Yoga and meditation teacher with over 20 years of practice. Originally from Brazil and now based in Sweden, she is passionate about helping others discover greater balance, presence, and well-being through yoga.

Cacao Ceremony, a peaceful closing ritual featuring ceremonial cacao designed to encourage relaxation, reflection, and a sense of calm.
