Stenungsbaden is the perfect blend of the best from Sweden and USA

We often look to the West for inspiration; a large part of our identity is rooted in the America’s Cup sailing competition. You will find American influences everywhere in our hotel, both in atmosphere and design, but not least in our US-inspired cuisine. In short: we love the USA. In May, we therefore fill the house with everything that belongs to America.

Our restaurant – Captain’s Table, will be the hub during the USA month. Enjoy our “west meets west” concept that flirts with both the Swedish west coast and the American food traditions. With local ingredients and a strong focus on fish and shellfish, our American chef John Falbo will offer all his US favourites. See you around!
